I was very shocked that this happened,but as the media started
to talk about it so much it got very annoying..
People judge people so much that its a shame,especially when you dnt
even know what happened,

maybe all of this would have been avoided if they just took

I think no one will actually forget that day.

The tattoo shop could also face fines of its own for allowing for her to ink if the NYC Law Department decides to investigate further.
